Imagine I am providing service as a car garrage owner.I do not have any technical qualification or a degree related to this service.
Will I be liable under 44AD or 44ADA when I opt for presumtive.

Actually sec 44AA define a list of profession and your job doesn't fall in this category. and for service sec 44AD doesn't apply by supreme court verdict. so apply normal procedure for tax payment.
