In case a practicing Consultant,
how to create his BS and PandL account...? or Only PandL account...?

44AD..... no books of accounts........
In normal case once P& L acc are prepared.......... BS can be derived by adding cost of office assets or mobile laptop etc, and bank balance.
If you like personal assets are also added, but that makes it bit heavy.
