44AD TO SALARY

If Assessee is file 44AD in last some year but now want to file Salary Return.

So, can he file Salary Return ?

Sir from AY 2011-12 to AY 19-20 Income Tax Return file in ITR 4 but now want to file in ITR 1, can it is possible ?

Yes he can file salary return. but it's better to file salary return plus 44AD to both. show some business income also.

If he has no business income as in closing of the business or other reasons then only salary income can be shown and file itr 1 is applicable

But if he has business and from this year include salary then better file itr 4 showing both salary as well as business income
