44ad- speculative loss
Please advice if section 44AD will be effective if speculative turnover is below 50L but has resulted net loss.
Will audit be required if assessee opts to claim loss & not offer 8% profit on turnover?

I dont think it will be a tax audit, Since it will covered under special business.
