Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether a non-practising Chartered Accountant (CA) who handles accounting and files their own ITR should opt for Section 44AD or 44ADA. The consensus is that if your income is salary-based, you must file under ITR 1 as salary income. For professional services, Section 44ADA is generally the correct choice, and Section 44AD is not applicable in these scenarios.
You are supposed to file under 44ada but if your nature of income is salary, you have to file ITR 1 showing it as salary income. in any way you can't opt for 44ad
