In case a person, opting for presumptive Income, having total turnover with cash as well as account payee cheque, then in which head (8% or 6%) he shall disclosed his Buisness Income or Proportionate income should be disclosed .Please clarify

If total turnover includes both cash as well as non cash transactions, than you have to bifurcate them and show non cash turnover at 6% and cash turnover at 8%.
