While filling ITR 4S for retailer assesse, is it mandatory to file up details relating to debtors, creditors, stock and cash details?

It gets uploaded, without these details; but department has right to ask these details at the time of assessment.

As per sec 44 AD there is no need to maintain BOA.. No need to fill the details..
