my question is that...can i opt scetion 44 AD SCHEME????

Yes... You can opt sec 44AD and with ITR 3.

The sec is based on Your Nature business

In order to find the eiligibility of S.44AD, we shall first understand the type of business. You have not mentioned the type of business that you have carried on. Please mention so that appropriate advice can be given.
