Can anybody explain me difference between section 43CA and section 50C? Are both applicable for AY 2018-2019?

Indira 43CA is for business and professional and 50c is for capital gain.....I mean if stock in tradr then 43ca and if capital asset then 50c.....
if sdv more than sale price we consider the sdv subject to some condition
