43B(h) Labour contactor Bonus provision

Labour contactor has provided the services of supplying labour in FY 2324. Bonus provision, calculated on payment made during FY2324 to these labourers will be made on 31.3.24. The contractor will raise the bill for this bonus in September 24. This bonus will bepaid to the labourers before Diwali24.
