Can anyone plz suggest me whether one should go for 4 weeks residentail programme or 15 days gmcs...is the residential programme worth for?? i mean is there actually a very major difference between 15 days and 4 weeks programme??

If you have time, you should go for the residential programme. This would be a good experience in learning from others, learning as a Team, improving your communication skills and would also help you all to build a network which is very essential.
