Hi Anushree, i had planned to do the same, but i couldnt find time to do it. My friend has done it and shared his experience with me. He said it was definetely better than our routine gmcs which is for 15 days. More importantly, since it is a residential programme, and also we come to meet different people from different states, it will be a great experience to interact with them and improve our interpersonal communication skills, which is the main theme of the course. However, the fee (Rs.40,000/-) seems to be a bit high, but if u dont mind the fee, it is worthful.
