3b help

my ca has filed wrong 3b for my firm. there was igst itc of 2 lacs but he dint mention in return. now he is asking me to pay the tax of rs 1.5 lacs. what shall i do now
pls help me the way out

you can pay this month but you have option to claim this money in next month

sir its a big amount and it ll take a hell lot of time to claim that money in the next returns.

Same thing happened with me , but there is only 56000 Rs . you may wait for time and there may be relaxation in penalty and after filling GSTR 2 you may get balance in electronic credit ledger. than after you can file GSTR 3b

but still for tht itc to claim i hv to wait for many returns.
moreover till now even july gstr is not done when ll August come

The sad moment we ll be pay Tax liability as per GSTR 3B. Then only file other...

Finally you ll be contact your local circle office. They ll be help

now what if in the sep 3b I sumbit the ITC left in the aug month with that of sep.

i submitted gstr 3b and i cant able set off my ITC against liability and it showing balance available in ITC ledger but cant set off what can i do pl suggest me

What your exact transactions....?!

Also my assumption is you must pay RCM related taxes as cash payment and also pay cash to late fee....

I paid RCM also  when i going to adjust ITC against  liability autometically massage showing insufficiant funds in ledger but balance showing   ITC  ledger

outwars supply  liability 

IGST - 1013695/-      

CGST - 491294/- inc RCM ( RCM 3458/-)

SGST - 491294/- inc RCM ( RCM 3458/-)

Available ITC 

IGST - 739245/-

CGST - 501661/-

SGST - 501661/-

and i paid Tax Liabilty 247000/- inc late fee

and paid RCM Tax  6916/-     and now cash balance available in ledger 260919/- 

 what can i do sir ??

Your above said values are correct... But, what error you get...?
Are you paid the late fee and Rcm tax as Cash....?
