Dear Friends,
One my client is eligible for 150 % weighted deduction available u/s 35(2AB) of the income tax act, but he is not yet registered with the Commissioner Of Income Tax for the same.
I would like to know the registration process with Commissioner of Income Tax , so that i can avail the said deduction.
Can anybody assist me in this regard?

I think there is no necessity to get registered with the commissioner to get weighted deduction of 150%.
