Can any one tell me the formate for obtaining certificate under Section 274(1)g????????? Where it is prescribed????????? I m getting confused because various type of formats are used.

The format has been given under Companies (Disqualification of Directors Under Section 274(1)(g) of the Companies Act, 1956) Rules, 2003.
