Please help me that AO has initiated 271(1)(c) for my Scrutinity and it is saying as per Law minmum of 100 and maximum of 300.
give me suggestion to come out from the penalities.
Can i surrender now ? because i have gone for CIT Appeals and I am too much depressed and mental issues are coming now.,

You really need to hire a CA for this. They know the excat procedure to file for stay and follow up your case.
Yes i am going with CA only. I heard that Even though CA is there AO or ITO can leive the penality
