Now a days for filling 26qb stamp duty is compulsory. My question is if a person booking an adhoc amount how he filed his TDS return , because stamp duty will be generate just before registration and it may be taken time 2 or 3 years. then how he deposit his tds at the time of payment

This is a serious concern
as tds is deductible even on advance payments.
