Form 26Q4 for f.y. 2017-18 is proceesed as per portal on Dashboard screen.
But when we make request to download form 16A for generation of TDS certificate, it returns with error as below.
" Download request cannot be submitted as statement has not been processed for selected Financial Year, Quarter and Form type "
Now how to solve this, Since the return is processed without defaults on 9th June'18 itslef.
Please guide...

Generally it takes 10 working days for such credits to individual PANs.
Then When can we download file to generate form 16A ? We filed 26q4 on 31-May-2018, it got processed on portal on 9th June 2018.
so when return is processed, how come file is not downlaodable state, where can we raise query for the same at tdscpc ??
As per rule within 15 day, and practically after 4/5 working days... so it should be available any time now, ........... but may be due to overload......... wait for 2/3 days more.....
Same in our case. Till date it shows not processed return filed on 31-05-2018
