BOB has deducted 20% TDS on bank FDR's interest, eventhough PAN given by us for the year FY 2011-12. & the Bank has not filed the taxcredit till date on 26 AS,as a result due mismatch of taxcredit we have not recieved the refund order till date even though return filed on 12/7/2012.
When contacted bank, the manager declined to take responsibity to file 26 AS now for the said deduction & told that we can't file now.
Pl guide the couse of action against the bank to get the refund.

It is very usefull judgement for TDS credit issue. so inspite of following up with Bank, will it better to make representation with IT office for refund by showing this judgement?
