There is some technical issue in viewing 26AS through your bank/ e filing/ nsdl portal.

Quick Summary
There was a temporary technical issue preventing users from viewing their 26AS form through bank or NSDL portals. The problem has now been fixed, and the 26AS form is accessible again. You can now successfully view and download your 26AS by visiting the Income Tax portal.

It is functioning now through IT portal.
