i wanted to ask whether details of loan taken / repaid from NBFC or other financial institutes is req to be given in response to q no 24 of form 3CD...
or put in simple terms... whether sec 269SS/269T is applicable on loan taken/repaid from above institutes...
Plz reply ...its urgent....
let say loan was taken from Bajaj, relaince etc..... then whether it is covered u/s 269SS
