i am an nri selling my property for 1.85lakh to a resident.will i be liable to pay tds.?pls reply..

The purchaser will deduct TDS.
If you wish for non deduction of TDS, get such certificate from your ITO. The application can be made online, but better hire a local CA for that.
Buyer will be liable to deduct tds under section 195 of the income tax act. tds rate shall be based in DTAA between of your country and India. thanks
