I hope you are aware that indian taxation is the most complex in the world when it comes to volumes and rules.

TRACES being a new system and still in its nascent phases, you can expect some hiccups initially. There is no need to make a big issue out of it.

Imagine a day few years back when everything was paper based...compare that to today's scenario. 

I think the IT department deserves a small thank you for making your lives easier.

Even I am not too happy with the frequent downtimes and glitches, but let us be patient and give some time.

No offence meant to anyone  just that the mention of software engineers and america and madness was a little far fetched.
