Dear All
For a salarid person what is the minimum amount exempeted from IT (Last year it was 1 lakh) and how much one can invest for tax savings (last year it was 1 lakh) for this year's income (April 2009-March 2010 income) I have to calculate my TDS.

Someone said the savings under 80C is 110000. Is it so? Please.
