Can we take saperate GST registration in the name of different firm under same pancard and in same city but for defferent vertical of business.
ABC. registered under pan AxxxxxxxxL

Can we register XYZ under same pan card in same city.???

Yes, you can take but business structure should be different

No...It is not possible to take the Gst registration for the same pan in the same state.If you apply for second time registration ,portal shows that registration already exists.

You can take two registration but the only condition is that business will be completely different for each other

Gst registration is pan based. But one can apply for a different under different business and different gst registration.

Few days back GST dept added new feature.

One can use more than one firm name for additional place of business in the same state with existing GST registration
