I have got my Pvt Ltd company registered in nov-2014, I would like to know as to when I will have to file my 1st Annual filing with MCA. What would be the deadline for that? Is it required to be done within 18 months from the date of registration of the company.? Pls guide me.

For new companies AGM should be held within 18 months, so annual returns can be filed within 30days after AGM
