194h maximum limit applicability

Hello sir/Ma'am,

                         Please give me the clarification about applicability of maximum limit of 194H wether from april 2016 or from August 2016.

if the amount of commission payable is more than 15,000 per annum u have to deduct TDS @ 5% irrespective of individual or company w.e.f. 01.06.16

w.e.f. 01.06.2016, Rs. 15,000/- threshold is applicable.
