guidance needed on urgent basis on the below mention issue.....
pensioner getting pension of 22000 pm. also in the f. yar 2016-17 got payment from sbi life insurence of rs 160950 approx where tds deducted u/s 194DA of rs. 3219.also having agriculture income of 70k. one time premium paid for this insurence.
and before maturity amount withdrawn.
* which itr form to be used.
* whether insurence receipt taxable...if yes then which amount is taxable and where to show in itr form. whether it is income from other source.
* also where tds detail on such receipt to be mention in itr form...
please guide kn tjis on urgent basis.
