I am tenant of a Residential House Property in Delhi which has 2 owners (NK HUF and SJ). Am paying 30,000 per month to each owner, so 60,000 per month in total (i.e. >50k). If Section 194-IB is applicable to me, please give a clear reason / case-law to validate your point.

In my case, both the owners are 'resident'. Are you saying that 194-IB is not applicable because payment to 1 'resident' is less than 50k pm (even though I am paying > 50k as rent)?
