Total Cost of goods : 

Purchase: 5000x20 = 100000

expenses:                 = 5000 (Total =105000)

Sales                         = 100000

Stock on consignment:

cost price of stock in hand: 1000x20= 20000

add propotionate expenses: 5000x1000/5000=1000 (Total=121000)

So, profit (121000-105000) is rs16000.

Totally agreed with u with al answers.. but even m confused with 2nd one...

interest not fixed in the sense that interest on capital so that there will not be any int.....If such thing is not provided in deed

  in case of interest on loans  then it is 6%
