Heading of 15CA- Information to be furnished for payments, to a non-resident not being a company, or to a foreign company.
Can anyone explain above
and let me know whether amount paid to a company outside india covered here or not?

Yes it is covered as it is a foreign company

It should be shown under section 9 of 15CA form for salary payment

There are purpose codes in form 15CA.Which one is to be selected.
