14th May 2025 & 48/2025-CENTRAL TAX -Ten Year Zero Coupon Bond will issue by IRFC

zero coupon bond" means a bond issued by any infrastructure capital company or infrastructure capital fund or infrastructure debt fund or public sector company or scheduled bank on or after the 1st day of June, 2005 in respect of which no payment and benefit is received or receivable before maturity or redemption from infrastructure capital company or infrastructure capital fund or infrastructure debt fund or public sector company or scheduled bank which the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify in this behalf.                                                                                                           As Per Latest Notification 48/2025 Dated 14th May 2025 IRFC will issue Zero Coupon Bond and Time Period is 10 Ten Year and Schedule of the issue Bond before 31st March 2027, This Bond will give approx 103% Profit after completion of 10 Ten Year Bond.                                                                                                                                            Benefit of Zero Coupon Bond-                                  a) Guaranteed Returns                                              b) No Reinvestment Risk                                          c) Long Term Horizon
