Received a notice u/ s 148 wherein the client is subject to tax audit u/s 44AB . Do we have to have to upload the tax audit report again?

Yes if notice is given for re upload of tax audit then upload the tax audit report again

It depends upon turnover , if liable to audit then do it otherwise assessing officer will levy penalty.
