Can we file the returns of a partnership firm u/s 148 on the basis of a notice , as there is no provision for online filing in any section in income tax act ,1961?

148 is a Reassessment Section & not a Provision to File any revised Returns but when a Notice u/s 148 is issued by the Dept, they allow you an opportunity to file any Revisied return if the assessee intends to do so. Hope your doubt is clear
