Can we file the returns of a partnership firm u/s 148 on the basis of a notice , as there is no provision for online filing in any section in income tax act ,1961?
While the notice has not been received actually.

148 is a Reassessment Section & not a Provision to File any revised Returns but when a Notice u/s 148 is issued by the Dept, they allow you an opportunity to file any Revisied return if the assessee intends to do so. Hope your doubt is clear
Is there any other provision for filing IT returns online for the firm?
