In response to defective return u/s 139(9) for A.Y.20-21 which was submitted within time,I have filed return u/s 139(5). I m worried about this mistake. Can anyone suggest me about its effect.
That's ok. Now file defective return using 139(9) notice number and Date of original filing. This will replace the original return and 139(5) return. Don't worry. Nothing will happen. But do it asap
