good evening
I got permission from department to file under section 119(2)(b)
I filled my return online, after verification I got mail from CPC
my return has been transferred to jurdisctional assessing officer
my doubt is I need to go IT office or my return will be processed by CPC online

You need not go anywhere. The return will get processed offline. You may contact if you claimed any refund or loss.
yes u havevto go it office condonation is only applicable in refund case. if u want to get things faster than visit your assessing officeer
your ITR might have been pushed to jurisdictional AO to verify the genuineness of 119(2)(b) condonation granted. once the verification done and submitted by jurisdictional AO, the same will be processed by cpc
