This time 10th day is Sunday.
If for Audit Client, someone files Form-231 on Monday 11/05/2015.
Then, what about Penalty of Rs.2000/-.
Pl clarify.

In case of audit six monthly- upto 10th June - penalty of Rs.1000 ; beyond that Rs.2000.
In case of audit monthly and quarterly- upto 1st June - penalty of Rs.1000 ; beyond that Rs.2000.
