10b claim denied for stpi unit

pl refer AIAT DELHIjudgement in DCIT V/S VALLIANT COMMNICATIONS LTD.,CHANDIGADH ITAT BEBO  technologies V/S JCIAT,MOHALI, similarly obtain a letter from stpi stating that they are the authorities as per exim policy and they are imcs and ratification from board is not necessary.similarly refer cbdt circular no,684 dated  which has enlarged the scope of 10 B similarly refer clarification no,156 and specilaly 158 dated 30-04-1995
