What if form 108 is not submitted within 6 months after completion of articleship and what procedure is to be followed after that? What amount of fine is payable ?

you shall submit form -108 now with condonation of delay fees Rs.1000.
Delay beyond 181 days,pay fees by DD in favour of secretary,ICAI of Rs. 1000 along with form no-108
After 6 months it has to be submitted along wit late fees depending upon d how muc it is late from itd due date accompanied by a condonation letter explainig d reason for late submission.

my articlship is completed on 28th october 2011 & i have not submitted form no.108 so what can i do now?
