I am a PCC Student. I have completed my 18 months of articleship. So i have the eligibility to appear the Nov 09 exams. But I have not yet registered for my 100 Hrs of IT Training.
Am i eligible for Nov 09 PCC exams?

No you are not eligible without completion of ITT.
You have to complete your ITT before appearing for PCE or IPCE.
