If there is no business activity in FY 2023-24, no need to file ITR 3 & hence form 10IEA.
Sir, i have carry frwd business loss. I have to select ITR3 for that.
No need to file ITR 3 when there is no business activity in current FY. Whenever any business income arises, you can claim the b/f losses (within specified time period)
