last three days itr form 10E is not available in new portal

Yes, it hasn't available. don't know. I heard there had various problems relating to filing and validations
Yes the portal is not working properly
Income Tax Portal is not functioning properly and there are many option not launched till date. It is advisable to keep patience till the site started functioning properly.
CBDT is working on the portal hope it will be properly working shortly
Today I updated 10E form and eVerified
