I have 2 gst number from 1 business. First in punjab and second in delhi. can i file income tax returns with both the gst numbers or i have to cancle 1 number.
You can file including both, having two pan is an offence, a business should have seperate registration in every state, so they are in line with compliance, no need to cancel
Yes you can file ITR with both the GST Numbers. You can take more than 1 GST Registration under the same PAN for your different Place of Businesses ( earlier it was Business Vertical but got amended vide CGST Amendment Act 2018 w.e.f. 01/02/2019 ).
