I have a doubt regarding the no of days that accrues to an article as paid leaves
I had joined in 31.01.2006 as article at that time it was 1/7th of period actually served (excluding days on which we were on leave)
later on it was revised as 1/6th of period actualy served now what will be applicable in this case,
Your feedback will help me a lot because i have already completed three years of article n want to go for leave for exams starting June 09 but because of mis understanding in interpretation of these provisions i am confused whether my articleship is getting over before April or in mid april
