1/6 or 1/7 Leave is paid or unpaid Leave

Hello Friends
i have some quey regarding Articleship, leave and stipend.
i wanted to know Whether 1/6 or 1/7 Leave are paid holidays or unpaid ??????

please provide me with the details.
and if it is paid leave the give me the exact regulation number and the link of it describing it as paid leave.

its 1/6th of the working days in ur articlishp period....

while calculatinf wrkng days....dont include sundays and other holidays

You did not understand my question. i asked that, "Whether that leave is paid leave or unpaid "

for instance for for example X has got 120 days of leave balance and he takes 55 days leave for praparing for CAFinal Exam. here question is, whether X will get stipend for those 55 days or not.

yes 1/6 of the period u atteneded as an article are earned leave and u should get normal stipend for the period of earned leave

don't accept minimmum or less than what u paid as an stipend

its ur right

ask for it......... if ur princeiple doesn't pay

u can write to the institute...

my principle paid me the next day  i asked...don't afraid just ask for it

this CA are blood sucker's they don't pay easily

hey thanks for replying .

i have the one request to you.

please provide me the regulation / rule number saying that leave is always paid or something related to it. because i want to show that (witten confirmation) to my principle CA for demanding the stipend.

you know i had stipend of Rs 7500 in the third year and about i used 110 days leave (without pay) in the third year, so it comes to Rs 27500.  i am sure that my  CA will not agree in the absence of any Written confirmation.   so please arrange for the written confirmation for try to get from someoneelse.

just like me there are other articles in the same situaion.
