0 rated gst item

i am a registred dealer what if i buy from unregistred supplier if the item is zero rated gst and sale that to again unregistred .so in this case should i must give detail of zero rated gst item sale and purchase every month in gstr1 gstr2 and gstr3
please advise..or no need to give detail of zero rated goods
