friends whats the procedure ???

1) after completing articleship, what should one do to obtain the completion certificate...(eg- which form to be filled and submitted and other formalities)

2) formalities at the CA FIRM where training was taken..i.e with the principal CA

3) also documents to be filed to ICAI with ca final exam (new course) form???

please give a simple FLOWCHART for me & all of our friends...

a sure and prompt help will be highly appreciated!

Fill Form 108 and submit to institute. nothing more needs to be done.

Hi! my problem is that i took a transfer between my articleship, now weather should i write the full details of my 3.5 yrs of articleship or the period under the current employer only in form 108!pls help!

Procedure is given below.

First & foremost, you need to submit Form 119 to your principal (employer). Form 119 is a Requisition Form for issue of service certificate. Based on this, your employer will give you Form 108 which is a Certificate of Services under Articles. You need to send Form 108 signed by your employer to the institute / council within 30 days of completion of your articles. If you send after 30 days then you need to pay Rs. 100 as late fees. Delay beyond 30 days upto 180 days requires payment of Rs. 300 as late fees. Late submission fees slabs are mentioned on Form 108.

Download form 119 from ICAI. Form 108 you should get from council or offices of ICAI.

In short send original signed form 108 (signed by employer), acknowledged copy of form 119 & a covering letter to ICAI within 30 days of completion of articles.
