Respected Members, I wrongly accepted the demand of Rs. 4500/- in the compliance options which needs to be revoked. As the same pertains to be incorrect and the rectification of return is required to clarify the outstanding demand for AY 2015-16. Kindly help how to revoke such accepted demand which has made mistakenly. And how to submit a rectified return to cancel the demand. Thanks & Regards.

You cannot revoke whatever accepted by mistake, but you can file revise return if possible. Otherwise rectification request u/s. 154 is second option.

Sir, I have said that there is no chance available as if now of filing revised return and cancel the unjustified demand. Moreover, the employer said to deduct my salary on such payment of demand accepted unnecessarily and mistakenly as now no options available. However, there is still option to revise the return for AY 2015-16 against which order 143(1) received on 02/06/2016

Please help in this regard with more eloborate answer.
