"select certificate" button not working

When I try to register as a professional on MCA website the "select certificate" button is not working. Nothing happens when I click the button ,I have JRE 8 update 65. What should I do to get registered?

Try with internet explorer

I have windows 7 and I tried with explorer and mozilla firefox both.
