"run time error" when trying to save xml. how to correct?

Is your Java updated? update java utility. after that re-download ITR 4, and try.

Dear Sir,

I downloaded the excel utility and filled the same. The file has been saved but now, I am unable to upload the file. Everytime I try to upload, I get an error "Invalid XML. Generate XML again using latest utility" although, everytime I am downloading a new utility and uploading the same.

Update Java utility, that should be main cause. Try to upload with Internet explorer, sometimes Crome doesn't support some java plug-ins.

I am using excel utility, not Java utility.

I hope you have correctly selected options like, "Return Files Under: Selection :12 - AfterDueDt 139(4). etc. etc. (In the form itself before generating .XML file)

Sir, I had selected all the things correctly. Problem was with my excel. I tried doing it in another system, and it worked.
